WOMEN AT FLENDER
YOUR PATH, OUR FUTURE

It's no secret that there are traditionally more men in mechanical engineering. That is precisely why we are actively committed to changing these dynamics and strengthening equal opportunities. A key element of this process is the targeted promotion of women at various levels – including through mentoring, networks, training opportunities and flexible working models. But this is only part of our efforts - we are constantly evolving. We are convinced that we can achieve more through gender equality and diversity: Opening up opportunities, creating new perspectives and making collaboration stronger and more creative. Go your own way at Flender and shape the future of drive technology with us.
