Dual Studies Business Informatics and IT Specialist System Application Development in Bocholt (m/f/d)

We are looking for committed dual students for the Flender Academy in Bocholt.

Are you driven by digitalisation and want to be part of the progress? As a dual student of business informatics + IT specialist in application development (m/f/d), you will plan, design and realise software applications and adapt them for our business processes. You will learn the project management methods used for this in theory and in practice. During your studies, you will learn the important methods for understanding and implementing business processes in practice. Your practical activities will include testing applications, rectifying faults and developing user-friendly user interfaces. Your tasks will also include providing advice, support and training during the introduction of new software. You will use and expand your foreign language skills. You will help Flender to successfully advance the topic of digitalisation.

YOUR TRAINING IN DETAIL

1st to 4th semester
Shortened vocational training with intensive exam preparation at the Flender Academy
Vocational qualification as an IT specialist in system application development
Scientific lectures two days a week at the WHS Bocholt

5th to 7th semester  
Full-time academic lectures at the WHS Bocholt
Practical components in the company during the lecture-free period

8th semester
Three-month practical phase at Flender and Bachelor's thesis
Academic degree Bachelor of Science

• General higher education entrance qualification / subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (school and practical part)

• You have a keen interest in IT, AI and software development

• You work in a structured, precise manner and can optimise technical processes

• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
